Today my class went on a school trip to Ilminster school Gisborne where we got to watch a play they made called green team. We went after morning tea and we came back a lunch.

This week and the last week of term 3 we have been working on Frida Kahlo art.
Frida Kahlo is an mexican artist and she is known for her self portraits of her self and did you know that her face is on the Frida Kahlo is on the 500 pesos.
I enjoyed it because I liked making the flower even though it was a bit hard.
Next time I would try a different colour for the background so it would stand out a bit more.
This week I was learning how to infer.
This week I have been reading deep ark 6 it is about a boy and he live two thousand metres underwater and he has never seen the sun and his dad runs a underwater zoo that has snacks, spiders and has got the worlds most venomous.
Next time I would make it look better so people would get hook in and I would try work faster.

Today I was doing the Amazing race episode 3.
I found it hard to do the first challenge.
My favorite challenge was the spot the difference.
The first challenge was you had to make a statue that look the a person and we had to use 5 different materials . the second challenge was we had to translate some words unto english. the last challenge that I did was spot the difference.

Today I was learning about applying knowledge.
I found it hard to draw the turtle at the bottom of the poster.
I enjoyed it because I got to learn about turtles.
Next time I would change the colours of the letters of the title and change the green to a darker green on the turtle drawing.
